Samandar Samiyevich Babayev

Samandar Samiyevich Babaev is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics and an Associate Professor. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Department of Exact Sciences and Digital Technologies at Tashkent International University (TIU). He completed his bachelor's (as a recipient of the State Scholarship named after Ulugbek), master's and doctoral studies at Bukhara State University. He has been teaching in the higher education system since 2010 and worked as a Senior Researcher at the V.I. Romanovskiy Institute of Mathematics of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences from 2020 to 2023. His research interests focus on cubature and quadrature formulas, approximation, and the numerical solutions of differential and integral equations. He has published over 90 scientific works and holds several copyright certificates for computer programs. Dr. Babaev has extensive international experience, with research and training visits at prestigious universities in Lithuania (TEMPUS, 2015), Italy (ERASMUS+, 2017), South Korea (KAIST, El-Yurt Umidi, 2019), Russia (2021) and Turkey (Istanbul Ticaret University, 2025).

Nuraliyev Farxod Abdug‘aniyevich — Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (DSc), Acting Professor at the Department of Exact Sciences and Digital Technologies. He teaches Mathematics for Economists I and II and Discrete Mathematics. His research focuses on optimal cubature and quadrature formulas, spline theory, numerical methods for differential and integral equations, and computed tomography. He has published in leading international journals including Filomat, International Journal of Analysis and Applications, and AIP Conference Proceedings.

Abduaxadov Alibek Akmal o‘g‘li — Lecturer at the Department of Exact Sciences and Digital Technologies. He teaches Programming Fundamentals, Object-Oriented Programming, Web Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, and Artificial Intelligence. His research interests include quadrature formulas, artificial intelligence and modern programming. He has co-authored publications on Fourier integrals and optimal quadrature formulas via the φ-function method in Studia Universitatis Babeș-Bolyai Mathematica (Scopus Q4) and Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii.

Xudoyberdiyev Azizjon Norjigit o‘g‘li — PhD, Senior Lecturer. He teaches Programming Fundamentals, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, and ICT. His research addresses cryptography, hash functions, blockchain technology, smart contracts, decentralized systems, and artificial intelligence. He has authored papers presented at the ICABCS-2023 international conference and in the Uzbekistan journal «Problems of Informatics and Energy» on the development of blockchain technology.

He teaches Mobile Application Development, Web Programming II, Introduction to Software Engineering, Software Design and Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence. His research focuses on artificial intelligence and programming. Publications on the relationship between base classifier diversity and ensemble methods, SVM classification and hybrid feature-selection algorithms appear in «Problems of Computational and Applied Mathematics» and «Problems of Artificial Intelligence».

Abdurazzoqov Javohir Rustamovich — PhD, Acting Associate Professor. He teaches Cyber Law and Cyber Ethics, Fundamentals of Cybersecurity, Database Security, Secure Coding Practices, Cryptography and Cryptanalysis, and Artificial Intelligence. His research targets encryption algorithms, block ciphers, machine learning and cryptanalysis methods. Published works include papers in Nonlinear Dynamics, Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, and the IEEE ICTACS-2023 proceedings on dynamic S-boxes, cryptanalysis of lightweight block ciphers and extended affine transformations.
