The Rector of Taskent International University
Dr. Iskandar Baxramovich Yuldashev was born on September 27, 1978. He graduated from Fergana Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor’s degree. He later obtained his Master’s degrees from Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and the Korea Development Institute.
He holds a PhD in Economics. Throughout his professional career, Dr. Yuldashev has gained extensive experience in management, economic development, and higher education administration.
Since December 30, 2022, he has been serving as the Director of Tashkent International University. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning, institutional management, organizational development, and ensuring the effective operation of the university.
His professional interests include economic development, institutional management, and international cooperation.
Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work
Bakhodir Negmatullayevich Kurbanov was born on January 24, 1981. He graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, where he completed his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and postgraduate (aspirantura) studies.
Throughout his professional career, he has been actively involved in youth policy, educational development, and spiritual and moral initiatives aimed at supporting student growth and social engagement.
Since September 4, 2025, he has been serving as the Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work at Tashkent International University. In this role, he is responsible for organizing youth-related activities, promoting moral and educational values, supporting student initiatives, and strengthening the university’s social environment.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs
Dr. Akram Tolliboyevich Absalamov was born on March 24, 1982. He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Finance, where he obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
He holds a Doctor of Sciences degree in Economics and the academic title of Associate Professor. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Absalamov has been actively involved in higher education development, research, and teaching activities.
Since September 4, 2025, he has been serving as the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Tashkent International University. In this role, he is responsible for managing academic processes, improving the quality of education, developing curricula, and ensuring compliance with educational standards.
His professional interests include economic development, higher education management, and academic quality assurance.
Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations
Dr. Sherzod Qurbonnazarovich Khannayev was born on August 10, 1984. He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Finance, where he obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He also earned an MBA in Finance from Universiti Utara Malaysia and pursued doctoral studies at Xiamen University, China.
He holds a PhD degree and the academic title of Associate Professor. Dr. Khannayev has extensive experience in academic research, higher education development, and international cooperation.
Since September 9, 2024, he has been serving as the Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations at Tashkent International University. In this role, he oversees scientific research activities, promotes innovation, and strengthens international partnerships with universities and research institutions worldwide.
His research interests include finance, economic development, and international academic collaboration.
