Sports & Fitness
Stay active and healthy with TIU's growing sports facilities, fitness classes, and inter-faculty competitions.
Move more, achieve more
TIU is a young university, founded in 2023, and our sports programme is growing every semester. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just looking to stay fit between lectures, there is a place for you here.
We offer football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and regular fitness classes. Our students take part in inter-faculty tournaments and friendly matches with other Tashkent universities. No experience required — just bring your energy.
Sport is for everyone at TIU
You do not need to be a professional to join. Our teams train regularly in the multi-court hall and outdoor pitches. From inter-faculty football tournaments to table tennis leagues, there are plenty of ways to compete and have fun.
