How to apply for dormitory housing
Dormitory places are allocated on a contract basis. Follow these steps to secure your room.
Check eligibility
All enrolled TIU students are eligible to apply. Priority is given to first-year and international students.
Submit application
Contact the housing office or submit your application through the student portal. You will need your student ID and enrolment details.
Sign the contract
Once approved, you will sign a housing contract and make the first monthly payment of 3,000,000 UZS.
Move in
Arrive on your assigned move-in day. The housing team will hand over your key and give you a tour of the building.

Yes. If you and another student both request to share a room, we will do our best to accommodate that. Note your preferred roommate's name on the application form.
Yes. The dormitory has 24/7 security, CCTV coverage, access control, and a staffed reception desk. Visitors must sign in and be accompanied by a resident.
