Under the TIU–UZCA partnership, 100 grant places were allocated to students. A UZCA representative gave a master class on the grant programmes, which provide six months of free training in 3D modelling, animation, GameDev, VFX, Digital Art and Unreal Engine. The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the “Heirs of Mirzo Ulugbek” grant programme.

The insurance company KAFIL Sug‘urta held another seminar-training for members of the “Future Leaders Academy” at the Faculty of Business and Innovative Education. The company’s Deputy Chairman of the Management Board shared his experience and industry knowledge; the training combined theory with practical skills applicable in a real business environment.
Significance for students. Training delivered by industry representatives within the student leadership programme; linked to the TIU–KAFIL Sug‘urta partnership.
Regular meetings with employers, master classes by practitioners, guest lectures and study visits connect academic education with professional practice. They give students a first-hand view of the labour market and open the way to internships, scholarships and employment.
The Career Development Center continues to expand this programme together with the university's faculties and partner organisations.
