Kurbanova Nigina Pardayevna — PhD in Pedagogy, Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Foreign Languages. Born in 1985 in Jomboy, Samarkand region, she completed her bachelor's at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and master's at Webster University. She served as senior lecturer at Tashkent State University of Economics (2020–2024) before joining TIU in 2024. Her research focuses on pedagogical mechanisms for developing metacompetencies and creative thinking in future specialists.

Boymirzayeva Mohira Shavkatjonovna — PhD, Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages. She teaches Foreign Language for Lawyers, Foreign Language, History of the English Language, and Reading and Writing Practice. Her research focuses on English language teaching methodology. She has international publications on blended learning, methodological innovations in EFL classrooms, and teacher–student interaction.

Sapayeva Sohiba Otaxonovna — PhD in Philology, Acting Associate Professor. She teaches Listening and Speaking Skills I, Reading and Writing Skills I, English Stylistics, and Approaches and Methods in Teaching Foreign Languages. Her research investigates the pragmalinguistic concept of «time» in English and Uzbek literary texts. She has published on cognitive metaphor and comparative linguistics in academic journals across Uzbekistan, Bukhara and Moscow.

Raimova Kamola Baxramovna — Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages. She teaches Reading and Writing, Practical English Phonetics and Foreign Language (distance learning). Her research interests cover linguistics and language teaching methodology, with publications on the role of psycholinguistics in human psychology, cognitive psychology in linguistics, and body–language interaction.

Xodiyeva Shaxnoza Abdullayevna — Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages, teaching English. Her research addresses foreign language teaching methodology and theory of upbringing. She has published work on the development of teaching as a discipline.

Abduxafizova Nargiza Abduxafizovna — Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages. She teaches Lexicology and Foreign Language for Lawyers. Her research focuses on foreign language teaching methodology, with publications on the application of innovative technologies in social and humanitarian fields.
