
The article entitled “Human Interests as the Highest Criterion: A Ten-Year Perspective on the Transition to a System of Serving the People” by G. T. Khakimov, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Sciences at Tashkent International University, was published in issue No. 29–30 (999) of the «JAMIYAT» newspaper dated August 20, 2026.
The article provides an in-depth overview of the significant transformations that have taken place in Uzbekistan over the past decade in the field of protecting citizens’ rights and legitimate interests, strengthening human dignity, and establishing a people-oriented approach in public administration.
Through vivid examples and analytical observations, the author highlights the practical outcomes of reforms aimed at ensuring that the interests of individuals serve as a fundamental priority in the country's development.
