Tashkent International University has forged a partnership with Seoul National University, the top-ranked university in South Korea. On February 12, 2024, an MOU was signed between the two institutions, with TIU Rector Jun Yong Wook and SNU Rector Hong Lim Ryu participating in the international cooperation event.

The memorandum outlines several agreements, including student exchange programs, sharing academic materials, collaborating on scientific research and publications, and enhancing library resources through networking.

It's noteworthy that Seoul National University holds the 41st position in the QS World University Rankings.
